TAXES: AS Per Thomas Lenard’s Wife ( Marja Lenard) conversations at Deenies Hideaway while she was working talking about how her husband has not been claiming the cash door fees for years so they don’t pay the sales tax,
How they 1099 everyone that is on books so that they do not have to pay SS Tax and unemployment tax. These employees have fixed duties and set work times and are docked moneys if not there. Talking about how they pay all the other people under the table.
FOOD: How they have paid off, with free membership, the health inspector for years so they could cook food and have barbecues without a license.
PERMITS: We all watched them put a new fence up with electric in it, new deck, new hot water heater, new pool, repaired major roof damage and remodeled after 2005 hurricane season without permits. Have been running the laundry drain outside on to the ground and not properly into sewer for who knows how long. Recently changed drain field to septic without permits. New Tiki huts. This Man is a Licensed General Contractor CGC014824/ CCC057788 how can they continue to not pull any permits.
How Marja Lenard is a convicted of drug trafficker. Ten Years in the pen.
These People just keep getting away with what ever they want to.
